bdoak Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bdoak ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all access to and use of the bdoak website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and any related features or functionality (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on bdoak, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdoak platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an account on bdoak, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and non-human agents may not register accounts.
3. You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
4. You must hold only one active bdoak account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion period or voluntary account closure you previously requested on bdoak or any affiliated platform.

bdoak reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Players who are found to not meet eligibility requirements after registration will have their accounts closed and any outstanding balance reviewed in accordance with applicable law.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on bdoak. Accounts are personal to the individual who registered them and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any other party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

You are required to keep your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — confidential. bdoak will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bdoak support immediately via the contact email listed in the footer.

All financial transactions on bdoak are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdoak does not process deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. All deposits and withdrawals are handled through supported mobile financial services and banking channels, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdoak account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bdoak reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where a transaction triggers internal risk controls or falls outside established patterns.

Deposits made by error must be reported to bdoak support immediately. bdoak is not liable for funds deposited to incorrect accounts or payment references where the error was made by the Player.

bdoak may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.

Where specific promotion terms are silent on a point, these general Terms apply as a fallback. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

All games offered on bdoak are provided by certified third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other licenced studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. bdoak does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following general rules apply to all gameplay and wagering activity on bdoak:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not possible except where an obvious technical error has occurred on bdoak's systems.
• In sports betting, bdoak reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were materially incorrect due to a data error, feed error, or other technical fault, regardless of the eventual outcome of the event.

• In the event of a system malfunction or technical failure during live gameplay, bdoak will investigate and resolve the affected round in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. bdoak's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdoak. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias, in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on bdoak, or using the platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Conducting charge-backs, payment reversals, or disputed transactions through your payment provider after a deposit has been applied to your bdoak account.

bdoak employs a range of detection systems to identify prohibited activities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to retain any winnings generated during the period of that conduct, regardless of whether those winnings resulted directly from the prohibited activity itself.

bdoak reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bdoak reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where suspicious activity is detected, where a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or where bdoak is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Players may also voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting bdoak support via the email address in the footer. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdoak's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdoak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

bdoak does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bdoak will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

All content on the bdoak platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of bdoak or its licenced content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of bdoak content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

bdoak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdoak will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date shown at the top of the document. Where the changes are significant, bdoak may also notify Players via the registered mobile number or email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the bdoak platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
